If you want http://www.yoursite.com/existingurl to actually display what's at http://www.yoursite.com/newUrl, here is the simplest technique :

Copy the meta content below on your page, and change the url to your reference site.

<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="1; URL=http://www.yoursite.com/newUrl">.
